Shipping & Delivery

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order successfully. normally it will take 1-3 working days to process after confirmation (you can view the product description). Most orders will be received with 5-7 businessed days,such USA, Canada. On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries can take 5-10 days or even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as South Africa, Nigeria. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes. 

We now use FedEx / DHL / USPS / UPS as our main shipping provider. We also provide express shipping service, if you need, you can contact our email: yms@ymshair.com

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Track Your Order 

You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to show.  If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier or us.

International Taxes And Duties 

YMS Hair is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by ymshair, and thus cannot be refunded.

Wrong Address Disclaimer 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. If the shipping address is not correct when you place an order, please contact us by the way of e-mail or live chat ASAP to help you cancel your order or change the address. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will succeed.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. When we receive your returned item, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

Delivered But Not Delivered

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact your local express company for consultation as soon as possible, you can also contact our email address: yms@ymshair.com.
