Return policy

Returns & Exchanges & Cancellation

Order Cancellation

Please check the Type, Length, Color, Texture, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before payment. Once the order is generated, it can not be changed easily. You should submit a help Ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days after receipt of the goods.  

1. Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a ticket in your account. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

3. Drop off you package at the local post office.

4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.  

Refunds

I. Return Period
You have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of purchase.
Return conditions
Merchandise must be in its original condition, including but not limited to unused, undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact.
Merchandise should be accompanied by all original accessories, manuals and gifts (if applicable).
III. Return Procedure
Please send a return request to our customer service team via email ([email address]) within the return period, stating your order number, the name of the merchandise and the reason for return.
Our customer service team will reply to you within 1-2 business days after receiving your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a return address.
Please package the goods safely and mark the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package, and then send the goods back to us through the traceable logistics method of your choice.
IV. Return Fees
If the return is due to the quality of the merchandise or our error, we will bear the return shipping cost.
For returns for other reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by you.
V. Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected your returned merchandise and confirmed that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
The refund will be made in accordance with your original payment method.
VI. Special Circumstances
Customized goods, intimate apparel, beauty or personal care products (in the case of opened or used) and other special goods will not be accepted for return unless there is a quality problem.
If the goods are damaged or lost during transportation, please contact the logistics company and our customer service team in time, and we will assist you to solve the problem.
